The metaverse is a post-reality universe, a perpetual and persistent multi-user environment that merges physical reality with digital virtuality. It is based on the convergence of technologies, such as virtual reality and augmented reality, that enable multi-sensory interactions with virtual environments, digital objects and people, through an interconnected network of immersive and social environments on persistent multi-user platforms. In these environments, humans interact and exchange virtual experiences through the use of avatars, through software in cyberspace, which acts as a metaphor for the real world, but without necessarily having its limitations.

This ITLA digital universe combines manual controllers, eye tracking and voice commands, which will allow users to interact with the data displayed as if it were the real world through virtual reality devices, as well as access from mobile devices or computers.

A fair that will bring together more than 500 national and international companies from different sectors, in a totally virtual and innovative environment, where they will be able to carry out talent recruitment processes, with the aim of generating job opportunities for thousands of people.
